Type of Worker

Many forms of working relationship exist, many of which don’t consist of employers and employees. For purposes of employment law, it’s usually necessary to define whether a worker is indeed an employee or a contractor. Homeworking is also becoming increasingly common within modern businesses, and this can pose a different set of hurdles for employers.
